By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Compound+ application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JP23 ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years of age to create an account and use Compound+. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 17, you are prohibited from using the App.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to content you create and post on Compound+ ("User Content").
License grant: By posting User Content, you grant JP23 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and make available your User Content in connection with operating and providing the App.
Content standards: You agree that your User Content will not:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
COMPOUND+ IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. The App is a community discussion platform. All content, including but not limited to posts about dosing protocols, compound experiences, research findings, and stack recommendations, is user-generated and reflects the personal opinions of individual users.
No content on Compound+ constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any compound, supplement, medication, or health regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of content found on this App.
JP23 expressly disclaims any liability for health outcomes, adverse effects, or damages resulting from reliance on information found within the App.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove User Content at our sole discretion. Users may report content they believe violates these Terms. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
The Compound+ name, logo, design, source code, and all associated visual and textual materials are the exclusive property of JP23 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without express written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. JP23 SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JP23, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL; HEALTH OUTCOMES OR ADVERSE EFFECTS; OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON CONTENT FOUND WITHIN THE APP, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JP23 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JP23 regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
